Great post Carla . I agree with everything he says until he talks about climate change which he is absolutely wrong about but none the less great info .

Is garlic good for you, or is it toxic?
Same for olive oil. Some claim olive oil is bad for you.

Oh, BTW, starch (grain) and salad material shouldn't be eaten with fruit together, which makes sense to me.

hey Guys. I have to admit I havn't watched it all as I didn't have enough credit at the time, but as it came from a good source I plonked it on here first. Garlic aids respiratory health although prolonged usage has been found to lead to Anemia. Oilve OIl has fans on both sides I believe. Much of the oil we buy is of lower quality than we are lead to believe, so for this reason some are saying its a no. Other's believe that in the case of disease we should turn our bodies back over to a ketogenic state, which means using fats (i.e. oils) as our primary food source as opposed to starch/grain/fruit etc which contain sugars that feed pathogens/fungi/etc and cancer cells. There is a counter argument but I don't know the details.

Thought I'd share this clip with you. Their talking about cancer specifically, but it was so refreshing watching a couple of the younger generation have such a detailed, open and honest convo on the subject and remain open minded about the direction their research was taking them.that I feel the need to share it lol.…
